Insurance
We accept most major insurances including Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oxford, Oscar Health, and Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, as long as you are a New York resident.

Finances
If you decide to pay out-of-pocket, sessions are $200 and last 50 minutes. We accept payment by credit card.

We are based in New York, NY. We work with individuals across the state of New York, or New York State residents who temporarily reside outside of the state of New York.

How Do Online Appointments Work?
We use HIPAA-complaint Zoom as our video conferencing platform. We will email you a link prior to our session. We also conduct phone sessions for those who prefer to do so.
